Mandy Drakeford Martynowicz serves as a Program Officer where she supports nonprofit partners in advancing the Foundation’s mission to create a more inclusive and equitable community for people with disabilities. In this role, Mandy facilitates grantmaking, fosters collaborative partnerships, and champions initiatives that remove barriers and increase access across Northeast Indiana.
With nearly two decades of experience in philanthropy, communications, and nonprofit leadership, Mandy brings a deep understanding of strategic program design, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling that elevates the voices of underrepresented communities. Her approach is grounded in trust-based philanthropy, with a focus on outcomes, transparency, and relationship building.
Mandy holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in communication from the University of Cincinnati and has earned Accreditation in Public Relations (APR). She is also an adjunct instructor, teaching courses in public relations and strategic communication at the university level.
A passionate advocate for inclusive communities, Mandy is a graduate of the Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute and was recognized as a “40 Under 40” honoree for her civic and professional contributions. She lives in Fort Wayne with her family and enjoys spending many hours cheering her boys on at their baseball games.
